PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN SVINICKI: Good afternoon everyone. The Commission convenes to affirm one item this afternoon. Madame Secretary, would you lead us through the item?

ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Yes, this is on SECY-19-0029, Powertech (USA) Inc.

Dewey Burdock In Situ Uranium Recovery Facility. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to Powertech (USA), Inc.s petition for review requesting that the Commission reverse the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards denial of summary disposition of Contention 1A in the Dewey-Burdock materials license amendment matter and terminate the proceeding. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order denying the petition for review.

Would the Commissioners in the room please affirm your vote?

COMMISSIONER CAPUTO: Aye.
