PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN HANSON: Good morning. Before we begin todays Commission meeting on Transformation activities here at the NRC, I call to order a Commission affirmation session.
Madam Secretary, I believe we have two items for the Commission to affirm today.
Would you please lead us through?
ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Yes. The first item is SECY-21-0048 - FirstEnergy Companies and TMI-2 Solutions, Limited Liability Corporation, Three Mile Island Nuclear Stations, Units 1 and 2), Motion to Hold the Proceeding in Abeyance. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing the motion by Eric Epstein, Chairman of Three Mile Island Alert, Incorporated to hold the license transfer of Three Mile Island Unit 2 in abeyance.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order denying the Petitioners motion.

4 ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Okay, the second item is SECY-21-0051 - Interim Storage Partners, Limited Liability Corporation Waste Control Specialist Consolidated Interim Storage Facility. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing the petition for review of Licensing Board Panel-21-2 filed by Fasken Land and Minerals, Limited, and Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners, together referred to as Fasken, which appeals the Boards denial of its motions to reopen the proceeding and to admit a new Contention 5.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order denying the petition.
