Revision to Fitness for Duty Performance Data In the referenced letter, NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (hereafter, NextEra Energy Duane Arnold) submitted the Fitness for Duty (FFD) Program Performance Data for the Duane Arnold Energy Center. This report covered the twelve-month period ending December 31,2010.

A recent review of the referenced submittal by NextEra Energy Duane Arnold revealed that a single "For Cause" fatigue assessment for a Security individual was inadvertently omitted from the referenced letter. The enclosure to this letter provides a replacement Fatigue Management data enclosure for the referenced letter.

NextEra Energy Duane Arnold regrets these omissions and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause the Staff.

2 1 The two personnel who received the waivers received fatigue assessments as part of the waiver process.

3 3 "For Cause" assessments and 7 "Post Event" assessments were performed for Maintenance. One "For 4 Cause" assessment was performed during Refueling Outage 22 on 11/16/2010. It was performed on a 5 Maintenance contractor who had arrived onsite very late at night and it was desired to put him to work on 6 arrival. A single "Post Event" assessment for a Maintenance person was performed during the Spring 2010 7 maintenance outage.

8 6 "Post Event" and 1 "For Cause" assessments were performed for Security.

9 Outage activities were in progress for the two assessments mentioned above for Maintenance. No fatigue 10 declarations were received. No management actions arose from the assessments.

Conclusions:

Most Waivers The conclusion for all fatigue assessments was that the involved personnel were not fatigued.

Provided to a Single The waivers required on 3/27/2010 due to the family emergency were considered to be an isolated individual 2 occurrence, but such occurrences are trended.

No corrective actions were performed as a result of the waivers or fatigue assessments.
