A summary of the changes to the revised document is attached.

FPL has determined that the changes described do not result in a decrease in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan. Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.4 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, one copy of the revised document is enclosed.
