I did write to Mr. Kenneth Baskin, Vice President of Southern California Edison Company, on June 17, 1986 and, among otler things, asked hig if SCE had intended to install a direct reading water level ladicator at SONGS-1.

He haF, unfortunately, never replied to this letter.
