Dear Dr. Skoda: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), has completed its review of the Texas Engineering Experiment Station/Texas A&M University System (TEES/TAMU), Nuclear Science Center (NSC), Senior Reactor Operator and Reactor Operator Requalification Program, Revision 5, as submitted by letter dated February 11, 2014 (a copy is available on the NRC's public Web site at www.nrc.gov under Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14076A112). The TEES/TAMU NSC Senior Reactor Operator and Reactor Operator Requalification Program were provided in response to the NRC staff's request for additional information, dated January 8, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No.

ML13361A252). Our review concluded that the TEES/TAMU NSC Senior Reactor Operator and Reactor Operator Requalification Program meets the applicable requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 55 "Operators' Licenses," and is acceptable. We request that you implement your approved program immediately.
