Normal Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to ino erable e ui ment.

Describe.

No record of action.taken.

A arent Cause of Occurrence:

Normal natural aging of detector.

Anal sis of Occurrence:

The false alarm would have masked other alarm signals from operational detectors feeding the same annunciator had there been smoke in that area.

Corrective Action

Replaced detector.

Failure Data:
