ESF FILTER TECH SPECS As Lake Barrett hinted to you in the interface meeting on September 29, 1980, the Radiological Section of ORAB no long has the manpower resources to handle the ESF filter tech specs, multi plant action C-04, riew responsibilities for the management of the TMI Action Plan implementation and large technical assistance contracts have left no manpower to continue efforts on the ESF filter tech specs. Therefore, we propose to transfer responsibility for the ESF filter tech specs to your Effluent Treatment Systems Branch. This transfer has already been discussed with ETSB and ETSB has agreed to the transfer. We have also informed Jim Leonard, Program Assistant for DL, that the technical assistance contract funds for the ESF filter teen spec work should be left under (or transferred to) the DSI budoet for 1981.
