We were then informad that cnr Dcreice could ncst be shipprA without a approved QA P 10Cra Part 71.We were not aware t%t such requircraent existed since we have been the inpression that a reciprocal agreemant irrtwom the States and the Federal Gov was reciprocal in every way.

As we ncw are in dire need,to have the progran wa have submitted approved,so that we c pm3 and ship the equip ~ent,to their fimt destination and begin the work at h Sing of this applical. ion will be greatly appreciated.
