Dear Mr. Rawl:
By application dated December 4,1981, Automation Industries, Inc.,
requested that the packages authorized by NRC Certificate of Compliance Nos. 9006 and 9007 (Models 500-SU and 520, respectively) be issued IAEA Certificates of Competent Authority as Type B(U) packages.
Based upon our review of the application, we have concluded that the packages authorized by HRC Certificate of Compliance Nos. 9006 and 9007 meet the IAEA requirements for Type B(U) packages.
