, .Mr. Asmund, the reduction of possession limits will make your license subject to the jurisdiction of the State of Washington. Therefore, you should apply for an amendment to your Washington State Materials License to include authority
. for the, possession and use of the special nuclear material currently authorized by SNM-942.- Once you have obtained the State authority, you should request NRC to terminate your Materials License No. SNM-942. We have also informed the Washington State Radiation Health Program of your request.
