On May 11,1998 Citizens Awareness Network filed " Citizens Awareness Network's Support for New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, Inc.'s Opposition to Yankee Atomic Electric Company's Motions to Strike and For Conditional Leave to Reply and a Proposed Order Relating to the Motions and Related issues Before this Panel." In addition to filing a response, CAN requested that the Board make its decision on standing before the presentation of contentions. Also on May 11,1998, the Franklin Regional Planning Board filed " Franklin Regional Planning Board's (FRPB'S) Conditional Reply and Support for New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, Inc.'s (NECNP's) Opposition and Proposed Order and Motion for Leave to Reply to Yankee Atomic Electric Company's (YAEC'S) 'New Evidence' Filing." In its response, FRPB also moved the Board for leave to reply to a previous Yankee Atomic Electric Company filing.
