Enclosed please find the Annual Operating Report of the Penn State Breazeale Reactor facility (PSBR). This report covers the period from July 1,1985, through June 30, 1986, as required by technical specifications requirement 6.6.1, contained in License #R-2 renewed on January 27,1986, as Arnendment No.
23 The original renewal application dated March 1, 1985, contains the Safety Analysis Report applicable to this reporting period.
In the past, changes to the facility applicable to 10 CFR 50.59_were submitted in January for the previous calendar year. We now wish to include such changes as part of this annual operating report which covers the Pennsylvania State University fiscal calendar of July 1, through June 30. Therefore, any changes applicable to 10 CFR 50.59 since July 1,1986, will be included in the 1986-1987 annual operating report.
A copy of the-Thirty-first Annual Progress Report of the Penn State Breazeale Reactor is included as supplementary information.
