GENERAL l On February 5,1986, th* NRC staff met with South Carolinc Elettric bnd G:s Company (SCE40) to discuss runagement philoscphy and to tour the site. The i

meeting was held at the L C. Sammertuclear Station. A list cf those persons who attended the meeting is enclosed.

D SCUSSION First, a meeting was held at the site and iter.S discossed were spent fuel storage, the inissing junpers in the overpower-delta T circuit cords, transfer of operations to the alternate shutdown panel, and containment tendon surveillance. A plant tour was then conducted and Included ttie contre,1 roco, t'ne technical support center. the intermediate bu*1 ding, the turbins builiing, t a diesel generatnr room and the service watter intake structure.

Finally, a tour was cendu;ted of the simulato , enernency operations' fact'lity, and the environmental laboratory el;ntairied ?t the 9uclear treining center.
