1. Forty-one (41) copies of a Westinghouse document entitled, Westinghouse Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor RESAR-SP/90, PDA Module 16, "Probabilistic Safety Study" - Volumes 3 and 4 (Proprietary).
2. Four (4) copies of a Westinghouse document entitled, Westinghouse Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor RESAR-SP/90, PDA Module 16, "Probabilistic Safety Study" - Volumes 3 and 4 (Non-Proprietary).
3. One (1) copy of an Application for Withholding Proprietary Information -From Public Disclosure, AW-85-060 (Non-Proprietary).
4. One (1) copy of an original affidavit, AW-82-57 (Non-Proprietary).

'Ihe enclosed volumes (Volumes 3 and 4) of the NAPWR Probabilistic Safety Study contain the following sections: 5 0 Core and Containment Analysis, Section 6.0 Offsite Consequence Analysis, and Section 7.0 Assembly of Plant Risk. Volumes 1 and 2, containing Section 1.0 Internal Initiating Event Analysis, 2.0 Accident i

Sequence Modeling, 3.0 Plant Systems Analysis, and 4.0 Core Melt Quantification, had previously been submitted in Reference 1.
