SUMMARY

of CHANGE Supplement 1 provides revised Figures 3.7.18-1 and 3.7.18-2 to clearly indicate the 4.8 w/o initial enrichment limit.

Figure 3.7.18 " Minimum Burnup vs Initial Enrichment for Unrestricted Placement of SONGS 2 and 3 Fuel in Region II Racks" Figure 3.7.18 " Minimum Burnup vs Initial Enrichment for Placement of SONGS 2 and 3 Fuel in Region II Peripheral Pool Locations" This supplement does not change the area above or below the curve as submitted in PCN 449. The added limit line is to clearly indicate in the curves that the initial fuel enrichment will be limited to 4.8 w/o. This limit is consistent with the other changes requested by PCN 449. Therefore, no change to the existing Significant Hazards Analysis is required.
