Annual Dose Report for 2019 Pursuant to 10 CFR 20.2206, "Reports of individual monitoring," paragraph (c), the Annual Dose Report covering the preceding year shall be submitted on or before April 30 of each year. The Annual Dose Report for 2019 provides the results of individual radiation monitoring carried out by Braidwood Station for each individual for whom radiation monitoring was provided during 2019. The data file containing this report was submitted electronically via the Radiation Exposure and Information Reporting System (REIRS) internet web page on April 16, 2020.

The data file titled "NRC20200407.dat" was generated on April 7, 2020 on a computer using the Windows 10 Enterprise operating system, following the guidance provided in Regulatory Guide 8.7, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Dose Data," Revision 4, dated May 2018.
