We are providing the following information in conformance to 10CFR Part 50.64.

We have not been notified by the Department of Energy regarding a change in status of Federal funding for conversion of our reactor to low enrichment, as indicated in the attached letter.

Dear Mr. Agasie:

In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.64, Limitations on the Use of Highly Enriched Uranium in Domestic Non-PowerReactors, you are hereby notified that Federal funding under the Department of Energy University Reactor Fuel Assistance Program for conversion of your reactor to low enrichment uranium fuel will not be available during fiscal year 2002.

You will be notified in the event these circumstances change.
