The University of Wisconsin Nuclear Reactor (UWNR) has imp-lemented changes to its Physical Security Protection Plan (PPP) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) (2).
The enclosed revision 7 to. the PPP and the.attached report*
containing a description of each change is designated as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION -
MODIFIED HANDLING and as such must be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.23.
Upon removal*of the attachment this cover page is no longer SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION.
As indicated in the attached report, an analysis has determined the changes d6 not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and have been made without prior Commission approval.
