NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF M. DAVID LYNCH a Please take notice that the following additions are made to Porter County Chapter Intervenors' Notice of Deposition of M. David Lynch filed July 17, 1981.

In addition to the subj ects set forth in the July 17, 1981 Notice , Mr. Lynch will de deposed upon the following matters :

1. All matters set forth or referred to in the "NRC Staf f Evaluation of the Request for an Extension of Construction Permit No. CPPR-104" the " Negative Declaration Supporting the Extension of the Expiration Date for Construction Permit No. CPPR-104" and the " Environmental Impact Appraisal Prepared by the Division of Licensing Regarding the Extension of Construction Permit No. CPPR-104", each dated July 17, 1981.

2. The identity of persons having knowledge of the matters set forth in Paragraph 1 above.
