Schroer, Horace P. Lyle, A.P. Severence, and Continuation of Deposition of Russell J. Bohn, and to Porter County Chapter Intervenors' Notice of Depositions of Eugene M. Shorb and Dean H. Mitchell, both filed on May 12, i

1981.

1. The deposition of Edmund A. Schroer will be taken on Friday, June 5, 1981, at 10:00 A.M. at the offices of NIPSCO, 5265 Hohman Avenue, Hammond, Indiana, before a certified court reporter, an officer authorized to administer oaths by the State of Indiana, associated with the offices of Fissinger and Knight, Inc., 5305 Hohman Avenue, Hammond, Indiana 46320.

2. The deposition of Horace P. Lyle will be taken on Tuesday, June 16, 1981, at 10:00 A.M., at the offices of NIPSCO, before an officer associated with Fissinger and Knight, Inc.

5. The deposition of A.P. Severence will be taken on Tuesday, July 21, 1981.
