l NOTICE OF FILING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on this 31st day of March, 1980, we are filing the Affidavits of Marshall Patner, Gordon Greiner, Phyllis Greinwald, Leonard N. Conklin and Helen G. Boothe.

At the Special Prehearing Conference on March 12, 1980, the Chairman of the Board requested affidavits from individual members of the three organizational intervenors in the " Porter County Chapter Intervenors," stating such individual member's residence and the fact that he or she authorizes the organization to represent him or her.

These affidavits are filed pursuant to j

that request.

Porter County Chapter Intervenors do not waive their position that affidavits are unnecessary to establish their right to intervene in this proceeding.
