Rick, pis request from VY a copy (electronic would be preferred) of the original startup test report. I have tried several times to obtain the document from our records at OCIO but it is not easy. The test report reference you provided me previously contains 250+ pages and is only valid up to 75% power. Another report exists somewhere which documents the testing from 75-100%. An RAI will be necessary if we cannot obtain the document.
