INITIAL CONDITION: The plant is operating at 100% power with normal AC power available to Maintenance Work Week. Relay testing is in progress all buses. It is A2 Maintenance on 11 DA which has necessitated the removal of 11 DA from NORMAL NORMAL and EMERGENCY feed. Station and Operations Management Management have given approval for this work due to recent OE concerning maintenance of these A DIG relays. "A" D/G is to be started and loaded onto bus 11 DA. Bus 11 DA will then be divorced from its NORMAL and EMERGENCY power sources until completion of testing. All pre-start check steps have been completed.

INITIATING CUES: CRS directs starting and loading of "A" A DIG D/G per SOP-306,Section IV.A, Steps 2.2.j thru 2.5.
