Dear Ms. Bailey:

By letter dated December 18, 2018, the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 1 submitted for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) review and approval NEI 18-11, Maintaining 10 CFR Part 95 Facility Clearances for Voluntary Program Participants. On May 29, 2019, the NRC held a public meeting to discuss its review. NEI has revised the document to address the comments presented during that meeting. NEI requests that the NRC review and endorse Revision 1 to NEI 18-11, attached.

Please contact me at (202) 739-8123 or wrg@nei.org with any questions.

Sincerely, William R. Gross Attachment c: Mr. Darryl Parsons NSIR/DSO NRC Document Control Desk 1
