Keppler, Director, Division of Resident and Regional Reactor Inspection, Region III, commencing at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 7, 1981, at the offices of Business and Professional People for the Public Interest, Suite 1300, 109 North

Dearborn,

Chicago, Illinois 60602, and continuing thereafter from day to day until completed. The deposition will be taken before a certified court reporter, an officer associated with the offices of Longoria and Goldstine, Court Reporting Service, 10 South LaSalle Street, Suite 1118, Chicago, 711inois 60603. Mr.

Keppler will be examined upon the following matters :

1. NIPSCO's technical competence;

2. NIPSCO's quality assurance program;

3. The reasons for NIPSCO's failure to complete construction of Bailly by September 1, 1979;

4. The reasonableness of Decenber 1, 1989 as a new requested latest completion date for the Bailly plant;

5. The identity of persons having knowledge of the matters set forth in Paragrapns 1 through 4 above; and

6. The existance of documents which contain informatis,n concerning the natters set forth in Parag'raphs 1 through 5 above.
