Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Palisades Nuclear Plant Docket 50-255 License No. DPR-20 2006 Steam Generator Tube Surveillance Report - Tubes Plugged Nuclear Management Company, LLC completed an inservice inspection of the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) steam generator tubes on April 19, 2006. PNP Technical Specification 5.6.8.a requires that the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator be reported within fifteen days following the completion of the inservice inspection.

Twenty-two tubes were plugged in steam generator E-50A and ten tubes were plugged in steam generator E-50B. The total number of tubes plugged in steam generator E-50A is 402. The total number of tubes plugged in steam generator E-50B is 373.
