Technical Specification for Reactor Trip Breakers Generic Letter 85-09 R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244

Dear Mr. Stahle:

Rochester Gas and Electric originally submitted an Application for Amendment to the Ginna Operating License dated March 10, 1987 to reflect requirements for operation and testing of the reactor trip breakers. Resubmittals of this proposed Amendment were made on January 26, 1988 and August 26, 1988 to reflect changes requested by the NRC and by the fact that the format required changing following acceptance by the NRC -of Amendment No. 24.

Subsequent to the August 26, 1988 resubmittal, Amendment No. 30 was approved, by the NRC. The attachments to this letter reflect only the addition of item 37 on Page 4.1-7 and the renumbering of subsequent items. Other than these changes, this submittal remains as 1988 letter.
