Exhibit SHN-004 Joseph M. Aldieri Senior Consultant - Fire Protection Sargent & Lundy, LLC Education:

Lowell Technological Institute, B.S. Nuclear Engineering - 1974 Hartford State Technical College, A.A.S., Nuclear Engineering - 1971 Mr. Aldieri has over 35 years of experience in fire protection at both nuclear and fossil power plants. He is the head of the S&L fire protection group and has been involved in NFPA 805 analysis (lead the S&L effort at Palisades), fire protection modification packages (fire detection and suppression modification and replacement, fire main piping replacement, fire seal installation and other fire barrier modification and installation, and fire protection design at new nuclear facilities (South Texas, PBMR) and various fossil power plants, and substations. He has also been involved in inspection of fire protection programs and development and revision of fire protection program procedures.
