Re: Turkey Point Units 3 8 4 Docket No. 50-250 and 50-251 Proposed License Amendment Auxiliar Feedwater Flow Re ui rements In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power & Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR 31 and 41.

This amendment is submitted to modify the required flowrate of the auxiliary feedwater system. Analyses support the reduction of flow from 600 gpm to 373 gpm for the new model 44F steam generators.

The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages.

~88.18-1 The requirement for 600 gpm has been modified to 373 gpm.

~88 8.881 The flowrate of auxiliary feedwatet has been modified to 373 gpm.

The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power & Light Company Nuclear Review Board.

Enclosed is a check in the amount of $ 4,400.00 for a Class III and a Class I Amendment.
