On June 25, 2019, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the attached Order Authorizing Disposition of Jurisdictional Facilities.

Review by the Maine Public Utilities Commission is ongoing.

We understand NRC expects to reach its determination on ENMAX's request by August 30, 2019.
