ThestaffandtheTSTFindicatedthattheirreviewofDraftRev.2hadbeencompleted.Itwasagreedtoconsolidateamasterrecordofcomments.Thestaffannouncedatentative publicationdateofApril2001.TheTSTFpresentedtheirconceptsofprioritizationofpost revision2travelers(enclosure2).Thestaffagreedthatthiswasagoodinitialstartingpoint.TherewasminimaldiscussionofTopicalReportsandTSTFs.Staffclearlystatedagencypolicyregardingfeerecoveryissuesrelatedtobothitems.Otheritemsdiscussedincluded:1)SnubberInoperabilityaffectsonTechSpecSystems-TheTSTFOGwillsubmitaTSTFproposaltocreateaTS3.0.8,whichwillprovidedelaytimesfor TechnicalSpecificationentryforinoperablenon-TSsupportsystems.Thenon-TSsystemswill beexplicitlylisted,withitsassociateddelaytime.Justificationsforeachsystem/delaytimewill beprovided.TheproposedTSTFshouldbetotheNRCbyMarch,andwillbeagood candidatefortheCLIIPprocess.2)TheTSTFOGwillsubmitarevisedWriter'sGuideinthe March-Apriltimeframe,forNRCreviewandendorsement(asimpleendorsement,suchasin meetingminutesoramemorandumwouldsuffice).3)TheTSTFOGwillsubmitrevised ConversionGuidanceattheendofthesummer,forNRCreviewandendorsement.4)Bill BecknerwasinvitedtoattendthenextJointOwnersGroupMeetingonMarch7,todiscuss STSConversionsandissues.Lastly,thenextTSTFmeetingwillbeheldaftertheupcoming RICwhichisinMarch;aspecificdatehasnotbeenset.
