FITZPATRICK PLANT Good Morning Jessica, Would it be possible to provide me with a list of the names of the petitioners who would like to attend the PRB meeting in person at the NRC? This will allow me to help get them through security when they arrive at NRC headquarters. In addition, do you have a rough estimate of the number of petitioners that will call into this meeting? I would like to make sure there are enough bridgelines available on the teleconference. Below is the call-in information. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Management Directive (MD) 8.11, which governs the 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions, requires that the Petition Manager contact the petitioner(s), every 60 days regarding the status of the Petition. Since you are the point of contact for the petitioners I am writing you to inform you of where we are in the petition process.

I understand that you received an e-mail two weeks ago from Diane Render giving the petitioners an opportunity to address the Petition Review Board (PRB) again. Have you determined whether or not the petitioners would like to address the PRB?

Please reply by next Friday, April 10, 2015, and if the petitioners would like to address the PRB once more, we can arrange a date and time to meet.
