Dear Mr. Thayer:

Enclosed is a copy of the letter from Kenneth L. Horak, Acting Regional Director, FEMARegion I, to Samuel Collins, Regional Administrator, NRC Region I, which forwar ded thesubject report.The report mentioned seven Deficiencies which have been corrected through remedial drills. We initially informed you of those Deficiencies in a letter to you dated June 12, 2005. The FEMA report also identified 25 Areas Requiring Corrective Action during the May 24-26, 2005 exercise. Please continue to provide assistance to your offsite stakeholders to address these issues.
