Simpson (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "Submission of Standard Practice Procedure Plans and Foreign Ownership Control or Influence Package," dated July 2, 2014 In the referenced letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) submitted an updated Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) package to the NRC for review for the nuclear power plants listed above. The referenced letter stated that updated Standard Practice Procedures Plans are being developed and will be submitted to the NRC separately.

The attachment provides the updated Standard Practice Procedures Plans for each of the nuclear plants listed above and the corporate offices in Warrenville, IL, and Kennett Square, PA.
