Also find attached Revision 16 to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (00CM).
Revision 16 of the 00CM yrimarily incorporates corrective actions identified in Licensee Event Report (LER)91-002, dated May 17, 1991, concerning discharges f ror: the Turbine Buildir,g sump. Other changes include addition of '
f avorable meteorology release ( ~iteria for gaseous releases, clarification of assessment methocology for unplanned gaseous rel m es, deletion of ODCM Section 1.6.3 (00CM change;), update of controlling offsite radiological acations, and correction of several typograohical errors.
