This submittal is made in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specifications. Section 6.9.1.10.
Also find attached Revision 16 to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (00CM).
Revision 16 of the 00CM yrimarily incorporates corrective actions identified in Licensee Event Report (LER)91-002, dated May 17, 1991, concerning discharges f ror: the Turbine Buildir,g sump. Other changes include addition of f avorable meteorology release ( ~iteria for gaseous releases, clarification of assessment methocology for unplanned gaseous rel m es, deletion of ODCM Section 1.6.3 (00CM change;), update of controlling offsite radiological acations, and correction of several typograohical errors.
