Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Docket Number 50-254, DPR-29, Unit One Enclosed is Licensee Event Report (LER)97-015, Revision 00, for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station.
This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.73(i.)(2)(iv). The licensee shall report any event or condition that resulted in manual or automatic actuatior, of any Engineered Safety Feature. l The following commitment is being made by this letter:
The breakers in EPAs 1A-1, IA-2, IAB-1, IAB-2, 18-1, 28-1, 2A-1, and 2AB-2 will be replaced with new 2-pole breakers. The breakers in EPAs 18-2, 2A-2, 28-2, and 2AB-1 are newer 2-pole breakers. The breaker in 18-2 was replaced with a 2-pole breaker at this time. To be completed j 050198.
