Please take notice that, pursuant to 10 CFR $ 2.740a, Porter County Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America, Concerned Citizens Against Bailly Nuclear Site, Businessmen for the Public Interest, Inc., James E. Newman and Mildred Warner ("Porter County Chapter Intervenors"), by their attorneys, shall take the deposition of Eugene M. Shorb, First Vice President of Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), commencing on Thursday, September 0, 1980, at 10:00 A.M., at the offices of Business and Professional People for the Public Interest, Suite 1300, 109 N.
