All errors are critical and the expectation is that they will find six without knowing the total amount of errors which is more operationally valid. 1. Determine whether the task is dynamic (D) or static (S). A dynamic task is one that involves continuous monitoring and response to varying parameters. A static task is basically a system reconf iguration or realignment. 2. Determine level of difficulty (LOD) using established 1-5 rating scale. Levels 1 and 5 represent inappropriate (low or high) discriminatory level fo r the license being tested. 3. Check the appropriate box when an attribute weakness is identified:
  • The initiating cue is not sufficiently clear to ensure the operator understands the task and how to begin.
  • The JPM does not contain sufficient c ues that are objective (not leading).
  • All critical steps (elements) have not been properly identified.
  • Scope of the task is either too narrow (N) or too broad (B).
  • Excessive overlap with other part of operating test or wr itten examination.

Step 4: 5.2.2d has the applicant delegating closing F268 to prevent flow to the reactor due to disc flexing of F013. Shouldn't this be critical? Not critical , This step only removes the "standby" feature causing a white indicating light to extinguish and will not prevent or affect pump start and operation. S8 D 3 E Step 1: Place SGTS DIV 2 MOV TEST switch to TEST. Should this be critical? Not critical

Step 2: Place hand switches on P842 to STOP. Understanding that this is not modeled in the simulator, if this step is operationally cr itical then this step must be marked as such. The expectation would be that the applicant w ould ask for another operator's assistance in completing this step. This step does not interfere with the securing of SGTS system. This step allows for a controlled restart of the normal ventilation system later. This step should not be critical for this reason. Step 11: MOV Test switch for SGTS DIV 2 back to NORM. Critical? Event 4 - Electric Power Monitoring Assembly Inoperable - give indications of this failure in the D-2 for the examiner. What are the entry conditions for this TS? Fixed Event 5 - Place the actions in the D-2 for putting APRM 'F' in service and bypassing APRM'D' in case the CRS takes this route. Fixed Event 8 - "When 2 max save values of EP-4 Table 10 are exceeded, enters the Emergency Depressurization procedure of EP-2" - what values are the Examiners looking for? Please place in D-2. No. The D-2 does not indicate any crew actions and so this could not be listed as an Abnormal. Is there an ONEP that is ent ered for this failure? If so, please indicate on the D-1 and D-2. Fixed 4 E Event 5 - Unisolable LOCA - bus lockout indications are given but what LOCA indications/alarms will be apparent to the applicants/examiners?
