Dear Mr. Bannister:

Thank you for your letter of February 15, 2008, in response to our December 7, 2007, letter and Notice of Violation concerning improper maintenance activities which resulted in failures of the Train A emergency diesel generator on February 14, 2007 and February 16, 2007. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
