The proposed amendment would have made changes to TS SR 3.8.1.19 in TS 3.8.1 "AC Source - Operating."  Specifically, the proposed amendment would increase the minimum steady state frequency for Diesel Generator E during the loss of offsite power and emergency core cooling system surveillance. The NRC published a Biweekly Notice in the Federal Register on November 27, 2012 (77 FR 70843), that gave notice that this proposed amendment was under consideration by the NRC.
