The Board for Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station), Docket No. 50-271-LA-3, would like to check the parties' availability for a pre-hearing teleconference on Monday, July 6 at 9 am ET or 2 pm ET or Tuesday, July 7 at 2pm ET. The call shouldn't take more than two hours and the purpose is to hold oral argument on contention admissibility. Please let me know by 5pm on Wednesday if you have a serious conflict with those dates and times.
