Request for Amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 9168 for the Model No. CNS 8-120B Cask We have had recent discussions with your staff regarding interpretation of paragraph 8 of the subject Certificate of Compliance as pertains to pre-shipment leak test requirements for low specific activity material in a Type B Packaging. CNS respectfully requests a revision to wording of paragraph 8, as follows, to clarify the leak test requirements for this material: | |||
