Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. hereby request a temporary waiver to Certificate of Compliance No. 9168 to allow the use of 5/16+1/32,-l/16 inch gaskets of 60+10 durometer in place of the 0.250 inch, 70 durometer gaskets specified on the current package drawing. A permanent revision to the C of C will be made by separate application and will include revised drawings and pages to the safety analysis report within 30 days.
An application fee of $150 for the letter waiver is being forward under separate cover. A separate application fee will also be included with the final revision, ton / /]a 2_ 'M : /.. _ _ _ __ _ _.
