On August 2, 3, and 4, 2021, staff from the Division of Fuel Management held three separate public meetings with representatives from Holtec International (Holtec), held virtually through the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions ( NRCs) Microsoft Teams platform. The purpose of the three meetings was to discuss Holtecs proposed responses to NRC staffs second request for additional information (RAI), issued on May 20, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21124A308), in connection with its safety review of the license application for the HI-STORE Consolidated Interim Storage Facility (CISF).
