The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved the enclosed exemption from the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 50.54(w)(1) concerning onsite property damage insurance for Exelon Generation Company, LLC. This action is in response to the application dated November 25, 2019, requesting an exemption to reduce the minimum coverage limit from $1.06 billion to $50 million for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1. The exemption is effective immediately.
A copy of the exemption is enclosed. The exemption has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
