Please see the attached copy of the Final Draft Safety Evaluation (SE) for the subject License Amendment Request (LAR) to revise the completion date of Milestone 8 of the Cyber Security Plan Implementation schedule. The draft version is being resent to you since there were few changes added to the file as a result of the staff review. The changes are marked in red color for your convenience.

The LAR was submitted by NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra)(the licensee) on July 18, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14202A574). Enclosure 1 of this submittal contains security-related information to be withheld under 10CFR 2.390. The subject application was supplemented by a letter dated November 7, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14314A188), which provided Enclosure 4 to the LAR (redacted version of Enclosure 1), that can be made available to public. The NRC staff does not consider all the information in to be security-related and therefore some of this information from Enclosure 1 is likely to be included in the final staff SE, which will be publically available. Please review the final Draft SE and confirm by e-mail that you agree with the NRC staffs determination and none of the information contained in the attached Draft SE is security-related information.
