Dear Dr. Hawari:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a security inspection on April 27 -

30, 2015, at your PULSTAR Nuclear Reactor Facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with NRC rules and regulations, and compliance with the conditions of your license.
