Re: St.Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos.'50'-335'and 50-389"Proposed License Amendment Sections 3.0 and 4.0 on the Applicability of Limiting Conditions for 0 eration and Surveillance Re irements In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power&Light Company-(FPL)submits herewith a request to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-67 and NPF-16.The proposed amendments would upgrade portions of the St.Lucie Unit 1 Technical Specifications, Sections 3.0 and 4.0-Applicability Requirements of Limiting Conditions for Operation and, Surveillance Requirements, to read as the Combustion Engineering Standard Technical Specifications.

Also, the amendments would incorporate modifications to Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the St.Lucie Unit 1 and St.Lucie Unit 2 Technical Specifications made by Generic Letter 87-09,"Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Standard Technical Specifications on the Applicability of Limiting Conditions for Operation and Surveillance Requirements."
